We source our product materials from the best possible location to offer our customers the highest quality materials and lowest cost possible. Not owning any factories, we search the world over for qualified partners that we visit and inspect. These partners are in areas such as Brazil, China, El Salvador, India, Italy, England, Mexico, Spain and Taiwan.
Our products are proudly designed and qualified by us here in Garner, North Carolina. If we cannot perform our tests in-house, then we have them tested by a US named third party inspection company in the mentioned countries.
We fully stand behind all our Cookware and offer a 100% lifetime satisfaction warranty.

- Most in-stock items are shipped within 2–4 business days and typically deliver in 5–7 business days.
- In-stock items may ship from multiple locations and can arrive on separate days via separate carriers.
- Heavy or bulky items ship via Freight/Truck Service and will take 8–10 business days for delivery.

- Items under 70 lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS. You will be shown your choices at checkout for which delivery service you would like to use.
- Due to size or weight, some items will be shipped via motor freight by the carrier of our choice (unless you specify otherwise). You may call 1-833-926-6537 and speak to a customer service representative to confirm special shipping rates.
