Perfect for a slow and even roast, this oval roasting pan with lid is constructed of cast iron. The pan measures 14 in. long x 12-1/2 in. wide x 5-1/4 in. deep. The lid features small handles for a more secure fit on top of the pan. Lid can be flipped over and used as a serving tray to keep food warm. Lid can also be used as a griddle.
