Made from aluminum, this strainer basket is the perfect addition to your 40 quart stock pot. The strainer is constructed with a handle for easy lifting and has 4 raised feet to raise the strainer 1/4 inch off the bottom of a pot and allow for better circulation. This strainer basket is 12 inches tall and 12 inches in diameter and will fit perfectly into the #41878 40 quart stock pot that is sold separately.
