Constructed of cast iron, this high pressure burner is rated at 60,000 BTUs. This cast iron burner is approximately 3-7/8 inches in diameter and 8-3/4 inches long, so it is portable along with your high pressure cooker. It also comes with a brass fitting, spring and air shutter. The air shutter is adjustable to regulate the air to gas mixture for the flame performance. The center of this burner is constructed with 24 notches for the even distribution of the flame. With higher gas pressure, there is a higher heat delivery for this high pressure cast iron burner.
