Triple Burner, Cast Iron Stove

Bought this for my mother. She likes canning and wanted to be able to cook two pressure cookers at once outside so it won't hear up he small kitchen. She is very happy with this product.

I was looking into the big brand cooking griddles and decided to go with Carolina Cooker griddle. Knowing I could use the additional burner, I went with the three burner to put the griddle on, great choice. Set-up was easy and I was cooking in no time. I got the 2-qt Dutch oven which fits nicely on the open burner next to the griddle I can have more things happening at one time.

I seem to always need more than 2 burners. Kristy and I have been tent camping for nearly 15 years. I setup a 12 by 12 canopy cook station. A few years ago I made a rig where I hooked 2 cook stoves to a propane tank. The Carolina Cooker is easier to setup and break down, which I need to do multiple times per day. I like the larger burners that spread out the heat. I am very happy with the ability to keep an eye on at very low temperature. The price is also great. I love it.

Just tried out my new three burner cast iron burner and it delivers the heat and control needed for canning. And best of all, it takes the heat out of the kitchen when canning on hot summer days. Pretty easy assembly - if you are mechanically inclined and don't need to rely on the "instruction" sheet that's included. One tip...Chinese quality control is not all that good, so you will probably have to punch paint out of the holes in the burners. I had to clear two of the three burners on mine. Not a big problem and certainly not a deal killer, just takes a few minutes to punch the paint out of the burner holes with an ice pick - wire coat hanger also would work.

I purchased this item to use for canning. I have had it for four years now and it still works great. You can put two pressure cookers on here at one time and cut the time in half. I will purchase another when mine stops working.
