Blackened Catfish
Blackened Catfish
Catfish when cooked just right, becomes incredibly moist and tender. The secret to its taste lies in the combination of a well-seasoned cast iron skillet and the high heat that quickly sears the fish, creating a blackened crust to seal in the juices. In this recipe, we take fresh catfish and pair it with the bold, smoky flavors of the Carolina Cooker® Cajun Seasoning to fry up a truly mouth watering experience. Serve it up with a side of fluffy white rice and hushpuppies for the perfect seafood meal!
