Country Corn Pudding

Similar to a custard…but with corn! You’ll have no excuse to not try this corn pudding - delicious served hot or cold. A healthy alternative to other sides, and with just a few ingredients you can "pour n' bake" easily to create a home-cooked meal for the family. Pairs well with a spiral ham or Thanksgiving turkey!

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 1 hour Serves: 4

Ingredients

5 large eggs
⅓ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup milk
¼ cup cornstarch
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn

Directions

Step 01: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Step 02: Whisk eggs lightly in a large bowl. Add milk, melted butter, sugar, and cornstarch.Whisk until well combined.
Step 03: Stir in drained corn and cream-style corn until fully blended.
Step 04: Pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Step 05: Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 1 hour.
